- Please follow the instructions, and prepare a video for your poster for 5-7 min describing the most important part of your work.
- Upload your video on Youtube or another similar platform (you may restrict the access to the video to people with link if you like or make it public). You will need to have an account.
- Copy the internet address to your video and go to: https://www.the-qrcode-generator.com/
- Generate your static QR code image and copy and paste it to the right-down corner of your poster. Please follow the provided poster template.
- Upload your poster PDF to the EDAS platform to be printed by the organizers.
- Upload your video file for the remote poster presentation to EDAS as well in addition to Youtube.
